Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Keeper to oversee operations at our main warehouse specializing in wholesale household goods, with a focus on fragile glass products. This role involves managing safe receiving, handling, storage, and distribution of inventory to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment across wholesale and online channels, including branch supply.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently receiving container shipments while adhering to safe handling procedures, especially for delicate glass items. You will verify incoming inventory against purchase orders and documentation, inspect for damages, and promptly report any issues. Accurate labeling and systematic recording of items into the inventory system, along with assigning proper storage locations, are crucial tasks.

Implementing a structured location system to replace random storage methods helps maintain organization and reduces errors. You’ll manage the glass inventory following strict stacking and height safety guidelines, categorize stock using ABC classification based on movement and size, and conduct regular and surprise stock counts to reconcile physical inventory with system records.

Order preparation is a key focus, requiring meticulous processing of wholesale and online sales orders paired with professional packaging to protect fragile goods before shipment. Coordination with logistics ensures safe transportation and timely deliveries, while branch restocking is planned and executed as scheduled. Maintaining real-time updates of inventory transactions through ERP, WMS, or Excel tools and generating daily operational reports will support warehouse transparency and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, particularly within wholesale or distribution settings
• Expertise handling fragile items such as glass or ceramics
• Hands-on experience with Odoo Inventory and Warehouse Management Modules
• Proficient knowledge of ERP and WMS systems
• Strong organizational skills coupled with accurate stock counting and reconciliation abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience supervising teams and managing task allocation
• Advanced Excel skills and competency in generating operational reports
• Solid understanding of safety standards and proper storage practices
