Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Assistant to join our team at a well-established warehouse located in Al Khumra, Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in warehouse operations, with a strong ability to manage shipment processes and maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently, ensuring timely updates in the ERP system.
• Verify deliveries and receipts against delivery and receipt notes for accuracy.
• Support the warehouse manager in conducting routine stock counts and ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Report any discrepancies promptly to maintain smooth operations.
• Organize the warehouse layout to improve workflow efficiency and reduce delivery times.
• Lead and coordinate the warehouse team to meet operational goals effectively.

Required Skills

• At least two years of relevant experience in warehouse management or assistance.
• Proficient in using ERP software, particularly the inventory module.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain an efficient warehouse environment.
• Ability to verify shipments accurately and handle stock discrepancies.
• Capable of managing a small team and coordinating daily operations smoothly.
