Job Overview

We are urgently seeking reliable manpower suppliers with the capability to provide up to 500 workers for an essential project in Makkah, located near the Hajj area. This opportunity requires supplying a compliant workforce for loading, unloading, and cleaning operations during the peak season.

Key Responsibilities

The recruited workers will be engaged in several critical tasks including:

• Loading materials and equipment
• Unloading deliveries at the work site
• Performing cleaning activities to maintain site hygiene

Workforce and Operational Requirements

The contract demands the supply of a full complement of 500 workers who must be officially handed over at the project location. Any absences or non-compliant personnel must be replaced within 48 hours following notification to ensure uninterrupted operations. Workers will function under the direct supervision of site management for the entire 30-day contract period.

Worker Eligibility Criteria

Only workers of the following nationalities will be accepted: Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, and Nepali. All workers must have a valid Iqama and health insurance and meet Saudi labor law compliance standards. Prior written approval is mandatory for any other nationalities.

Project Details and Contract Terms

The project site is in Makkah near the Hajj area, with a contract duration of 30 days after official workforce handover. Workers will operate 10 hours daily. The compensation rate is SAR 2,500 per worker for the full 30-day period, excluding VAT.

Accommodation, meals, and transportation between the accommodation and the worksite will be provided by the employer.

Payment Structure

• 10% payment upon signing the contract
• 40% after the arrival and official handover of all 500 workers
• 30% following 15 days from workforce handover
• 20% after 25 days from workforce handover

Additional Notes

We reserve the right to inspect labor camps to verify the workforce before finalizing any agreement. Delays in workforce delivery will result in no payment for idle days, and contract penalties will be enforced accordingly. Immediate mobilization from serious manpower suppliers is expected to meet urgent project requirements.
