Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Transport Operations Coordinator based in Jeddah to oversee and manage daily transportation activities. This role requires hands-on supervision of the fleet and drivers to ensure efficient and smooth transport operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in transport management, excellent communication skills across multiple languages, and a valid Saudi driving license.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities include supervising all daily transport operations, maintaining oversight of the vehicle fleet, and managing driver activities to ensure compliance with company standards and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 2 years of proven experience in transport operations management.
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel for detailed reporting and data analysis, with a skill level of 8/10 or higher.
• Fluent communication skills in Urdu, English, and Arabic.
• Possession of a valid Saudi Arabian driving license.
• Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree.
• Must hold a valid transferable Iqama.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary for this position is SAR 2,500 during the probation period, increasing to SAR 3,000 thereafter. Additional benefits include accommodation within the company yard, a mobile phone allowance, and fuel provided for operational use.
