Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Shift Leader to join our team at the Jeddah Meat Plant. This role plays a vital part in overseeing daily production activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards within our facility.

Key Responsibilities

As a Production Shift Leader, you will be responsible for supervising production operations during your shift, coordinating with team members to meet production targets, and adhering to safety and quality guidelines. You will also support continuous improvement efforts and help troubleshoot any operational issues that arise on the production floor.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing or the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, with a focus on the meat industry being advantageous.
• Strong command of both written and spoken English to effectively communicate across teams.
• Must be a Saudi national.
