Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Onion and Potato Specialist to join our fruits and vegetables enterprise based in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in onion and potato cultivation, procurement, and market dynamics within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Source quality onions and potatoes by coordinating directly with farmers.
• Manage purchasing processes and conduct thorough quality assessments.
• Maintain an updated understanding of current market prices and trends to inform sourcing strategies.
• Ensure consistent supply through effective planning and strong relationships with growers.

Required Skills and Experience

• In-depth knowledge of onion and potato farming techniques.
• Established network of contacts among onion and potato farmers.
• Proven experience in sourcing, purchasing, and quality control for produce.
• Familiarity with the supply chain and market pricing.
• Competency in communication in Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, or English.
• Prior experience working in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.

This position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
