Key Responsibilities

Candidates will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end freight forwarding operations. Key duties include coordinating Air, Sea, and Land freight shipments, managing documentation processes, and ensuring smooth communication between various stakeholders. You will be responsible for liaising with overseas agents, carriers, internal departments, and customers to guarantee timely and efficient shipment execution while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 to 5 years of solid experience in freight forwarding operations.
• Comprehensive understanding of Air, Sea, and Land freight logistics.
• Proven ability to manage shipment coordination, documentation, and customer inquiries efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with international agents, carriers, and internal teams.
• Focus on operational excellence with a commitment to delivering superior customer service.
