Job Overview

Keemart is currently recruiting 100 picker staff to join their teams operating in Jeddah, Makkah, and Taif. This role involves efficiently selecting and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Successful candidates should be physically fit, energetic, and able to maintain accuracy while working under time constraints.

Key Responsibilities

Pickers will be responsible for locating and collecting stock items accurately according to order lists, maintaining productivity standards, and ensuring the quality of the selected goods. Adhering to safety protocols and collaborating with team members to support smooth warehouse operations are essential parts of the role. Flexibility to work extended hours, including overtime, is expected.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Physically fit and able to handle extended periods of standing and walking
• Quick and efficient with a strong focus on accuracy
• Basic English communication skills to follow instructions and report issues
• Capacity to work long shifts, typically 10 hours per day
• Age between 30 to 35 years preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Employees with a valid Iqama of at least 3 months will receive a base salary of SAR 1,800, with potential earnings up to SAR 2,500 including overtime pay. Candidates with expired or short-term Iqamas (less than 3 months) will have a lower base salary of SAR 1,400, with total wages reaching up to SAR 2,000 with overtime. Kafala transfer options are available for qualifying individuals. In addition to salary, accommodation and transportation are provided for all selected staff.

Application Process

Applicants must attend an interview held in Jeddah. Interview results will be communicated within 48 hours of the meeting. There is a registration fee of SAR 150, which is charged only after passing the interview and receiving a job offer. No payment is required if not selected. Immediate hiring is prioritized, with vacancies expected to be filled within 1 to 2 days.
