Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Field Service Technician to join our team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in installing, maintaining, and repairing various technical equipment including GPS devices, PWAS, fire suppression systems, and survey instruments. This position demands a hands-on approach combined with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work safely and efficiently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves providing expert technical support, installation services, and regular maintenance checks. Responsibilities include:

• Installing, testing, and servicing GPS devices, PWAS, fire suppression systems, and survey equipment.
• Carrying out repairs and troubleshooting based on detailed scopes of work and technical drawings.
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed through risk assessments, method statements, and safe working practices.
• Performing diagnostics and maintenance to ensure optimal functionality of technical systems.

Requirements

• A diploma or university degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is essential.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in field service roles.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Age between 25 and 40 years.
• Capability to work independently, managing and prioritizing field assignments effectively.
• Valid Iqama with at least 4 months validity, transferable or locally released.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
