Job Overview

We are looking for skilled and experienced Telecom Riggers and Technicians to join a long-term Huawei telecom project based in Saudi Arabia. This role requires hands-on technical expertise working on Microwave (MW) installations and Wireless/RAN system integrations, specifically within Huawei projects.

Key Responsibilities

Candidates will be responsible for the installation, alignment, and commissioning support of Microwave communications equipment. The role involves working at telecom tower sites, rooftop locations, and other related infrastructure environments. Ensuring the correct setup and integration of Wireless and Radio Access Network (RAN) equipment is a key part of daily tasks. Familiarity with safety protocols and maintaining work standards on-site is critical for this position.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ direct experience with Microwave (MW) installation and commissioning, ideally within Huawei telecom projects.
• Proficient in the installation and integration of Wireless/RAN telecom equipment.
• Hands-on experience working at height on telecom towers or rooftop sites.
• Valid safety certifications including Work at Height, First Aid, and Basic Safety training.
• Strong knowledge of telecom site safety procedures and industry standards.
• Ability to work well within a team and travel to different project sites as necessary.
