We are seeking a skilled General Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in electrical work, plumbing, and general building maintenance to join our team in Jeddah. This role involves performing both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle repairs efficiently within an 8-hour workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to avoid equipment and building issues
• Diagnose and repair electrical and plumbing faults promptly
• Maintain the building infrastructure to ensure safety and functionality
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests and resolve problems effectively
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures during all maintenance work

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and repair abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Good understanding of maintenance best practices and safety regulations
• Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift as scheduled

Requirements

• Minimum two years of relevant work experience
• Commitment to a two-year contract
• Valid iqama, with company-provided insurance and accommodation
