AGS Logistics is seeking a seasoned Freight Forwarding Manager to lead and expand our operations in Jeddah. As part of a prominent global logistics network, this role offers an opportunity to drive business growth while managing key accounts and fostering strong customer relationships across air, sea, and land freight services.

Key Responsibilities

The Freight Forwarding Manager will take charge of developing new business opportunities and achieving revenue targets. This role requires overseeing sales and operations teams, ensuring excellent customer service delivery, and implementing effective logistics solutions tailored to client requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 7 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics management.
• Proficient in sales strategies, business development, and managing key client relationships.
• Solid understanding of air freight, sea freight, and land freight operations.
• Strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire sales and operations teams towards meeting business objectives.
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and gross profit goals.

Work Location
