Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning and Housekeeping Supervisor based in Jeddah with hands-on expertise in professional cleaning operations. This role requires practical experience managing cleaning teams and performing cleaning procedures using various equipment.

Key Responsibilities

The supervisor will oversee daily cleaning activities across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to safety standards. You will lead and guide cleaning staff, inspect work for quality, and personally demonstrate the use of cleaning machines and chemicals when necessary. Travel between different locations within Jeddah is expected.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Cleaning or Housekeeping Supervisor.
• In-depth practical knowledge of cleaning methods and procedures.
• Hands-on operation of cleaning equipment such as Single Disc machines, Scrubbers, Vacuums, and Polishing Machines.
• Experience using glass cleaning tools and equipment.
• Solid understanding of cleaning chemicals and their safe, correct application.
• Competence in both deep and regular cleaning techniques.
• Ability to oversee floor, glass, marble, washroom, and general cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and supervise cleaning teams effectively.
• Capability to inspect and maintain high standards of cleanliness, providing corrective guidance as needed.
• Valid Saudi Driving License with the ability to drive and travel between work sites.

Additional Requirements

This position demands a candidate who not only supervises but actively demonstrates cleaning procedures and equipment handling. Online interviews will not be conducted; candidates must be available for an in-person interview in Jeddah.

Compensation
