Mountain Logistics is actively seeking dedicated Delivery Riders to join their teams working with two prominent grocery delivery platforms in Jeddah: Ninja Grocery and Noon Minutes. Delivery Rider Role – Ninja Grocery

As a Delivery Rider for Ninja Grocery, you will be responsible for timely and accurate delivery of grocery orders across Jeddah. The position demands commitment to a monthly order target and maintaining high service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an average of 450 orders per month efficiently and on time
• Maintain a minimum 95% on-time delivery rate
• Achieve a 98% order acceptance rate or higher
• Work 12 hours per day, 26 days per month, with one day off weekly
• Follow all company policies and operational procedures diligently

Performance and Incentives

• Monthly target achievement ensures expected income of SAR 2,100
• Commitment bonus of SAR 150 awarded monthly
• Additional SAR 5 incentive for every order exceeding the target
• Penalty of SAR 10 for orders below the target

Delivery Rider Role – Noon Minutes

In the Noon Minutes role, you will handle a higher volume of deliveries, requiring efficiency and focus to meet a demanding target while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete a minimum of 600 orders monthly while upholding company standards
• Work 12 hours daily for 26 days each month, with one weekly day off
• Maintain professionalism and adherence to all operational guidelines

Compensation and Work Schedule

• Expected monthly income of SAR 2,350
• Incentives available for outstanding performance

Requirements for Both Positions

• Valid Iqama with at least three months of validity remaining
• Valid driving license appropriate for delivery duties
• Strong commitment to company policies and operational procedures
• Serious attitude toward work and responsibility
