Job Overview

Noon Super Mall is urgently hiring delivery drivers who have their own vehicles to join their team across cities in Saudi Arabia. This role offers an attractive compensation package with a guaranteed basic salary plus performance-based incentives for each order delivered. Drivers will work 12-hour shifts with scheduled breaks, providing steady income and rewarding bonuses based on the number of orders completed monthly.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver orders promptly and efficiently throughout your assigned city.
• Maintain clear communication with the Noon Super Mall team regarding delivery status.
• Adhere to traffic laws and safety guidelines while operating your vehicle.
• Manage and complete assigned daily orders within the stipulated 12-hour shifts.

Compensation and Working Hours

The role guarantees a basic monthly salary of 4,000 SAR. In addition, drivers receive extra pay for each order completed according to the following structure:

• 401 to 500 orders: Additional 9 SAR per order
• 501 to 600 orders: Additional 10 SAR per order
• 601 or more orders: Additional 11 SAR per order

With consistent work of 26 days per month and achieving over 601 orders, total earnings can reach up to 6,500 SAR. Drivers work 12-hour shifts with one hour of rest, generally totaling 11 hours of active work per day and enjoy 4 days off each month.

Location

This position is available in all major cities across Saudi Arabia, including Jeddah, allowing flexibility for candidates nationwide.
