A reputable trading company based in Jeddah is looking for a skilled Customs Clearance Coordinator to join their logistics team. This role involves managing shipping operations and ensuring smooth customs clearance processes to support the company’s import and export activities.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the entire shipping and customs clearance procedures. This includes coordinating shipping operations, preparing and verifying necessary documentation, and monitoring shipment arrivals and deliveries. Close collaboration with port authorities, customs officials, and international shipping firms is essential to ensure timely and compliant transportation of goods.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or customs clearance
• Age limit: below 35 years old
• Fluent in both English and Arabic to facilitate communication with stakeholders
