Key Responsibilities

The role involves managing and nurturing client relationships across Saudi Arabia by maintaining clear and effective communication to ensure client satisfaction. You will actively generate quality leads through various channels including calls, emails, networking opportunities, and promoting Creative Action’s diverse services like social media, advertising, and events.

Following up consistently on leads and inquiries is essential to advancing prospects through the sales funnel and closing deals. Collaboration with the Account Manager is crucial, assisting in account strategy development, proposal preparation, and delivering client-focused presentations.

Staying informed on the latest market trends in sectors such as retail, hospitality, and real estate will allow you to uncover new business opportunities aligned with the company’s offerings. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking and reporting all lead generation activities and client interactions using CRM tools or internal reporting systems.
