Job Overview

A leading façade company in Jeddah is urgently looking for a skilled Aluminum Estimator with expertise in curtain wall and glazing projects. This role focuses on precise quantity take-offs, accurate cost estimation, and preparation of tender documents, ensuring competitive and profitable project bids.

Key Responsibilities

The Aluminum Estimator will be responsible for extracting quantities from project drawings, estimating costs related to aluminum, glass, and labor, and preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for tender submissions. The role also includes working closely with suppliers to negotiate pricing and apply value engineering techniques to optimize project costs. Further, the estimator will provide support for variation orders (VO) and handle claims as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5 to 8 years of direct experience in façade and aluminum estimation, particularly within curtain wall and glazing sectors
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Excel to review drawings and prepare estimates efficiently
• Previous experience working in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries is highly preferred
• Knowledge or experience with Schüco and Technal systems will be considered an advantage
• Strong understanding of façade project workflows and tender processes

Additional Details

Only candidates with proven façade or aluminum experience will be considered for this position. Preference is given to Filipino applicants holding a transferable Iqama in Saudi Arabia. The company offers a competitive salary package along with additional benefits.
