Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced and driven Pharmacy Representatives to join a leading pharmaceutical company in Saudi Arabia. This role involves promoting over-the-counter (OTC) products to pharmacists and pharmacy teams across key territories including Riyadh, Jeddah, and the Eastern Region. The successful candidates will be responsible for building strong relationships with pharmacy decision-makers and ensuring the company products maintain optimal visibility and availability.

Key Responsibilities

The Pharmacy Representative will deliver on sales targets by effectively promoting company products and executing marketing campaigns aligned with the brand’s strategy. Key tasks include:

• Promoting OTC pharmaceutical products to pharmacists and pharmacy staff in assigned areas.
• Establishing and nurturing strong connections with major pharmacy accounts and key decision-makers.
• Ensuring excellent product placement and visibility within pharmacies.
• Implementing promotional activities and trade initiatives that support marketing goals.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and providing insightful feedback from the field.
• Consistently meeting and exceeding sales KPIs and targets.

Required Skills and Experience

Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in pharmaceutical sales with a deep understanding of retail pharmacy operations. The following qualifications and skills are essential:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in pharmacy promotion within Saudi Arabia, preferably covering Riyadh, Jeddah, or the Eastern Region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields.
• Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical products and proven capabilities in engaging effectively with pharmacy professionals.
• Familiarity with the retail pharmacy landscape, including chain pharmacies such as Nahdi Medical Company, Al-Dawaa Medical Services Company, United Pharmacy, Lemon Pharmacy, and Zahrat AlRawdah.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building strong professional relationships.
• A valid driving license along with owning a car is mandatory to cover the designated territories efficiently.
• Young professionals with energy and potential under the age of 30 are encouraged to apply.

Work Locations and Number of Vacancies

There are three available positions to cover the following locations: Riyadh, Jeddah, and the Eastern Region, which includes Dammam and Khobar.
