Job Overview

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Nurse to join our healthcare team in Jeddah. This role involves providing personalized medical care and support to patients in a home environment, ensuring their comfort and safety while managing various healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities

The Home Care Nurse will be responsible for closely monitoring patients’ physical and emotional health, including regular checks of vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature. Administering medications, changing dressings, wound care, and managing IV lines or specialized medical equipment are critical duties of this position.

Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, you will implement and regularly update customized care plans tailored to each patient’s requirements. Additionally, educating patients and their family caregivers on proper healthcare practices, medication management, and safety protocols will be part of your essential responsibilities.

Maintaining precise and detailed documentation for patient conditions, treatments, and progress is necessary to ensure continuity of care. The role also emphasizes creating and maintaining a safe, sanitary environment, while delivering palliative care to promote patient comfort.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a home care nurse or caregiver, preferably with medical credentials.
• Strong knowledge of patient assessment and monitoring techniques.
• Expertise in wound care, medication administration, and managing IV lines.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team and communicate effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detailed documentation.
