Key Responsibilities

As a Recruitment System Analyst, you will support and enhance HR and recruitment systems, working closely with the Information Systems Department. Your duties will include administering system functions, monitoring data integrity, and guiding updates and upgrades to align with business needs. You will also manage the Career Portal and recruitment platforms, handle technical queries from HR and other departments, and assist in evaluating new HR technology initiatives to ensure effective implementation. A significant part of your role involves adhering to company policies while identifying opportunities to improve processes in terms of productivity, cost-efficiency, and system reliability.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and has one to three years of experience in HR technology management. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to influence internal stakeholders are essential. You should possess strong computer proficiency, data analysis capabilities, and problem-solving skills. Prior exposure to HR-related communications and experience in a retail or FMCG environment is advantageous.
