We are looking for a Digital Solutions Program Manager to lead innovative digital initiatives that drive business growth and operational excellence. In this role, you will act as the key strategic link between business objectives and digital solutions, ensuring digital programs align with overall company goals and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

This role is critical in shaping and executing the digital strategy to support business expansion. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their needs and represent digital expertise during management team discussions. You will oversee prioritization of digital project demands, balancing budget, schedule, and risk while partnering with technology teams for smooth delivery.

Consultation and innovation are central to your tasks. You will research industry best practices, recommend cutting-edge digital approaches, and drive programs that add tangible value. Furthermore, you will set clear expectations, milestones, and metrics to steer programs effectively and conduct post-implementation reviews to confirm objectives have been met.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of three years managing large digital programs with multiple vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with diverse business partners.
• Proficient in agile methodologies and digital business or system analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience applying innovative solutions in insurance-related projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Familiarity with technologies such as CRM, E-Commerce, ERP, HRMS, RPA & Automation, BPM is advantageous.
• Knowledge or experience with blockchain, IoT, and related project coordination is a plus.
• Technical acumen that supports digital solution delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams within a digital factory or technology environment will be highly valued. A customer-centric mindset, combined with strategic planning and budget management skills, is essential to succeed in this position.
