Key Responsibilities

As an IT Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering first-class IT support that ensures smooth and efficient operations. Your duties will include:

• Providing daily support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Handling basic networking tasks, such as diagnosing LAN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity problems.
• Supporting Active Directory functions, including user account management.
• Communicating clearly and promptly with users to address and resolve technical challenges.
• Maintaining IT documentation, identifying recurring problems, and recommending improvements.
• Offering guidance and training to users to enhance their understanding and use of IT systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT technical support or a similar role.
• Proficient knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office suite, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, including LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity, plus experience supporting Active Directory.
• Excellent communication skills paired with a strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to start immediately is highly preferred.
