Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Manager to lead and oversee the information technology operations in Jeddah. This role involves managing IT personnel, handling the IT budget, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all hardware, software, and network systems. The successful candidate will coordinate technology upgrades, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising IT staff while setting clear job expectations. Management of daily IT operations including server maintenance and software management is essential. Responsibilities also include selecting and procuring new technology, testing and modifying systems for optimal performance, and generating reports on operating systems. Ensuring all IT activities comply with relevant laws and regulations will be critical. Additionally, the role includes assessing technology risks and developing disaster recovery plans and backup procedures. Continuous monitoring and improvement of IT infrastructure productivity and cost-effectiveness by collaborating with business stakeholders will also be expected.

Required Skills

• Proven expertise in managing IT infrastructure and services.
• Strong knowledge of computer networks, network administration, and installation.
• Proficient in hardware support, cabling installation, wireless technologies, and IT security practices.
• Experience working with Microsoft Windows platforms including server environments, Office applications, and Exchange.
• Excellent leadership and management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with strong organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented approach with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
