We are looking for a dedicated IT Manager to lead and oversee the technology operations within our hotel in Jeddah. The successful candidate will ensure that IT systems are secure, efficient, and aligned with brand standards, delivering exceptional service to both guests and business operations. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing local IT projects, maintaining high-quality support services, and fostering innovation.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Manager will be responsible for securing hotel data in accordance with industry best practices and access control standards. Managing event processes, system enhancements, and timely application fixes will be crucial. The role includes overseeing local IT implementations, hardware upgrades, and ensuring the hotel complies with brand IT service standards.

Additional duties include maintaining up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), controlling documentation in line with Shangri-La’s policies, and offering IT consultancy to streamline information access across the property. The IT Manager will also ensure guest IT inquiries are handled to the highest level of satisfaction and manage conflicts effectively while motivating the IT team.

The position involves constant self-evaluation of IT practices, seeking innovative solutions, managing resources efficiently, and contributing to the growth of revenue opportunities through technology. Cross-training personnel and providing IT support to other properties within the organization are also part of this role.
