We are seeking a skilled IT Manager to lead and drive technology initiatives within a dynamic organization in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing large-scale IT projects, improving infrastructure, and partnering with business leaders to ensure technology solutions align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee the design and implementation of new IT systems and services to support business operations. You will monitor and analyze the performance of existing technology to enhance cost efficiency and productivity. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will help shape the IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and operational processes. Additionally, you will evaluate vendors, lead assessment and testing of new hardware and software solutions, and provide troubleshooting support for hardware and software issues within the company.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in IT operations, with proven expertise managing large IT projects and technology rollouts.
• Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems, network and systems administration, security protocols, databases, data storage, and telephony systems.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, solid critical thinking, and confident decision-making skills.
• Exceptional project management abilities, including prioritization and coordination of multiple initiatives.
• In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure frameworks and best operational practices.
