Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated IT Executive to manage and support all IT operations within our logistics station in Jeddah. This role involves handling hardware, software, and networking tasks to ensure smooth and efficient technology services for station employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Executive will be responsible for resolving employee IT issues promptly through the help desk, assisting clients with setup of e-tools such as CTS, EPOD, and integrations, and collaborating with the team to meet departmental objectives. This position also requires facilitating effective communication across departments, achieving annual KPIs, and contributing to skill development.

Additional duties include implementing new IT systems on-site, managing hardware and software requests, creating and maintaining user accounts and permissions, and setting up workstations for new hires. Troubleshooting hardware and software problems on workstations and scanners, applying software security updates, and monitoring local servers and network links are also key tasks. Where applicable, managing local SQL servers and maintaining an accurate inventory of IT assets is required.

Supervising tasks assigned to external IT vendors, liaising with security, card access, networking, maintenance teams, and handling queue system and printer/scanner issues are part of the role. The IT Executive will also coordinate with internet and telecom providers, adhere to HSSE and corporate compliance policies, assist in managing IT resources, recommend cost-saving measures, and suggest IT budget requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline
• Experience in hardware installation and maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting skills across software, hardware, and networking domains
• Knowledge of server management and software updates deployment
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and external vendors
• Familiarity with IT security practices and asset management

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah within the logistics, freight forward, distribution, and courier industry. The IT Executive will work closely with diverse teams to support operational continuity.
