Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic I.T. Specialist to join our team in Jeddah. This role demands a proactive individual capable of delivering robust technical support and maintaining seamless IT operations in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be of Filipino nationality.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting network issues including server maintenance, firewall configuration, and door access control systems. Managing LAN and WAN connectivity problems, configuring Wi-Fi networks, and setting up routers and switches are also essential duties. Additionally, the role involves hardware diagnostics and repairs for PCs and printers, alongside timely installation and upgrade of software such as Windows operating systems, drivers, and business applications.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in network troubleshooting and maintenance
• Strong ability in physical hardware repair and device diagnostics
• Competency in installing and upgrading various software systems
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with good problem-solving skills
