We are seeking a reliable General Services Staff member for a full-time on-site position in Jeddah. Key Responsibilities
The General Services Staff will be responsible for:
- Processing payments via the Sadad system accurately and efficiently
- Managing Tawassul requests and conducting necessary follow-ups
- Booking and coordinating appointments with the Muroor (traffic department)
- Utilizing the Qiwa platform and other related government service portals
- Overseeing interactions with various official government online systems
- Assisting with documentation preparation and general service duties
- Ensuring timely completion of tasks and consistent follow-up to meet deadlines
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience navigating and working with Saudi government platforms such as Sadad, Tawassul, Muroor, and Qiwa
- Basic computer literacy with the ability to efficiently operate online portals
- Strong organizational skills with good time management to handle multiple responsibilities
- Effective communication and coordination capabilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification
