Job Overview

We are seeking experienced labourers and helpers to support cleaning operations during the Hajj season in Makkah. This essential project involves maintaining cleanliness, waste management, and hygiene standards across designated sites to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for pilgrims.

Key Responsibilities

The hired helpers will undertake various cleaning duties, including general sanitation, waste collection, and ensuring public areas remain hygienic throughout the Hajj period. A 10-hour workday is expected, with weekly days off aligned to the Hajj operational schedule if applicable.

Requirements

• Helpers must possess valid documentation such as Iqama or Muqeem.
• The ability to work under a single sponsor, with a maximum allowance of two sponsors if necessary.
• Suppliers are responsible for providing reliable manpower and ensuring discipline and safety compliance.
• Timely mobilization of the workforce before the Hajj season and their demobilization afterward are required.
• Immediate replacement of any absentee or underperforming worker must be arranged by the supplier.

Project Duration and Scope

This assignment spans two months during the Hajj period. The client will provide food, accommodation, transportation, and oversight of work instructions and safety protocols while suppliers manage the workers directly.

Commercial Details

Suppliers are invited to submit detailed quotations indicating the monthly rate per helper, payment terms, and capacity to supply manpower in units of 500, 1000, or 2000 helpers. Due to the urgency of this project, submissions must include all necessary documentation within one day for swift mobilization.
