Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to lead a major civil engineering project in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This fixed-term position spans two years and requires a professional with a strong command of the Saudi Building Code and proven ability to manage large construction teams while ensuring quality and compliance throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities from mobilization to final handover. This includes providing direct supervision to site supervisors and foremen to ensure all construction work strictly follows engineering drawings and project plans. Efficient manpower management is critical to meet deadlines, along with enforcing rigorous quality control and adherence to safety standards. The role also demands coordination with local Jeddah and KAEC municipal authorities to ensure full regulatory compliance for all structural and civil works.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of solid hands-on experience in civil engineering construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and use of construction materials.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage multidisciplinary teams.
