Modern Building Factory, a prominent manufacturer specializing in Light Gauge Steel (LGS) systems, is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to join its team at the Asfan facility in Jeddah. This role is ideal for a technically skilled individual with a passion for construction innovation and client engagement in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as the critical link between our cutting-edge manufacturing processes and the structural needs of clients. Your primary objective will be to enhance business growth by delivering expert LGS solutions tailored to contractors, developers, and consultants.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Saudi construction sector.
• Conduct technical presentations and provide detailed consultations highlighting the advantages of LGS, including speed of construction, cost-effectiveness, and durability.
• Analyze structural drawings thoroughly and produce precise technical proposals and quotations.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with stakeholders, including project managers and key clients.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure project specifications are accurately fulfilled.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the LGS, pre-engineered buildings (PEB), or steel fabrication industries.
• Strong negotiation capabilities combined with fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Ability to interpret and understand technical design drawings proficiently.
• Willingness to work on-site at the Asfan factory in Jeddah.
