Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled QC Supervisor specializing in Mechanical, Welding, and Coating to join our team on a one-year contract basis in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role offers a great opportunity to work on significant industrial, construction, or oil & gas projects while benefiting from company-provided food, accommodation, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee quality control activities related to mechanical, welding, and coating work.
• Ensure all processes comply with relevant welding standards such as ASME and AWS, alongside coating standards like SSPC and NACE.
• Coordinate inspection and testing schedules to maintain project timelines without compromising quality.
• Supervise QC team members to maintain consistent quality and adherence to safety protocols.
• Document and report quality issues and corrective actions effectively to project management.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• At least 7 to 10 years of dedicated QC experience, including 3 to 5 years in a supervisory position.
• Hands-on experience in sectors such as oil & gas, industrial projects, or construction is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of welding codes and quality requirements (ASME, AWS) and coating standards (SSPC, NACE).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate the QC team.
