Feedco is currently seeking a dedicated Production Team Leader to join their dynamic team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in mechanical, industrial, or food engineering who have a passion for leading manufacturing operations and driving production excellence within the feed manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

As a Production Team Leader, you will oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and the achievement of production targets. Your role will require close coordination with maintenance, quality control, and warehouse teams to uphold company standards. You will also be responsible for enforcing safety protocols, maintaining high-quality standards, and supporting continuous process improvements.

• Supervise and manage daily production workflows
• Monitor and meet production schedules effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality guidelines
• Train and mentor production staff to enhance team performance
• Prepare detailed production reports and suggest improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications

A successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related discipline. At least three years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment is essential, with a minimum of one year in a supervisory capacity. Prior experience in the feed manufacturing industry is highly desirable. Strong leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, and a good understanding of production planning and quality control are crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems will support your efficiency in this role.
