Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Product Sales Engineer with expertise in oil hydraulics products to join our growing team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will focus on expanding our customer base and driving sales of hydraulic presses, compactors, lifts, and road blockers powered by oil hydraulic systems. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic engineering sector and engage with a wide range of industrial customers across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves proactive client engagement and business development activities, including field visits and prospecting to build new relationships. You will promote our range of hydraulic products, identify high-value sales opportunities, and convert prospective leads into confirmed orders. Preparing and negotiating technical proposals, pricing, and contracts to close deals will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction, address objections, and encourage repeat business. Internally, close coordination with delivery teams and finance will be necessary to guarantee timely product delivery, customer satisfaction, and prompt collections. Accurate and swift submission of quotations, invoices, and related documentation will also be critical to securing orders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in technical or industrial sales, preferably with a focus on oil hydraulic systems.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and hydraulic concepts, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and propose suitable solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle customers effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic to communicate confidently with clients and internal teams.
• A valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within Saudi Arabia are essential.

Work Environment and Employment Type

This position is offered on a full-time basis and will be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Candidates should be prepared for frequent travel to meet prospective and existing clients, requiring a flexible and mobile work approach.
