Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Planning Engineer to join a prominent construction company based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role demands a professional with a strong background in managing project schedules and ensuring timely delivery within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, monitoring progress, and analyzing delays. You will also prepare Extension of Time (E.O.T.) claims with all necessary documentation and work closely with project teams, consultants, and clients to provide consistent updates on project status.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• 7 to 10 years of experience working on construction projects.
• Thorough understanding of E.O.T. claims and FIDIC contract conditions.
• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and control.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project software.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills to effectively coordinate with stakeholders.
