Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Vendor Inspector to join our team on a call basis in the Jeddah area. This role focuses on performing quality control inspections for mechanical equipment, ensuring all project standards and specifications are met. The position requires overseeing mechanical inspections and factory acceptance tests to maintain high-quality deliverables within the vendor environment.

Key Responsibilities

The main duties for this position include conducting thorough mechanical inspections at vendor sites, verifying compliance with project requirements, and participating in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT). The Mechanical Vendor Inspector will coordinate inspection schedules and provide detailed reports on the equipment quality and adherence to specifications.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Mechanical Quality Control inspection.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment, inspection procedures, and industry standards.
• Ability to perform on-site assessments and FAT activities efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with vendors and project teams.

Additional Details

This role is offered on a call basis with a day rate ranging from 400 to 500 SAR, inclusive of all expenses related to Factory Acceptance Testing. Candidates are required to arrange their own travel to and from the inspection sites.
