Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician / Engineer with expertise in advanced lighting control systems, specifically Philips Dynalite and Lutron technologies. This role involves programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting lighting automation projects in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with site testing, system fine-tuning, and quality assurance to ensure seamless lighting operations.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include programming and commissioning Philips Dynalite lighting systems using Envision Project and System Builder tools. Additionally, you will commission and optimize Lutron HomeWorks, QS, or Athena systems according to the project requirements. Working closely with lighting design drawings and control documentation, you will implement layered scenes, automation schedules, and preset moods to achieve the desired ambiance. On-site tasks involve load testing, troubleshooting, and comprehensive functional verification to ensure system reliability. You will also perform quality control inspections covering both extra-low voltage (ELV) and electrical connections.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficient in programming and commissioning Philips Dynalite lighting control systems.
• Hands-on experience with Lutron HomeWorks, QS, or Athena system configuration and tuning.
• Ability to interpret lighting design drawings and control intent specifications.
• Skilled in detailed site commissioning, load testing, troubleshooting, and system verification.
• Strong knowledge of ELV and electrical connection quality control.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
