Job Overview

A reputable contracting company specializing in crane and lifting equipment maintenance is looking for an experienced Industrial Control Technician. This role focuses on the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of various lifting machinery including cranes, hoists, Building Maintenance Units (BMUs), and facade cleaning machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot industrial lifting machinery such as cranes, hoists, and BMUs.
• Design, assemble, and service electrical control panels ensuring optimal functionality.
• Program and troubleshoot PLC systems to achieve reliable and efficient automation controls.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Collaborate with team members and work independently to solve technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial automation and control system maintenance.
• Advanced skills in designing and assembling electrical control panels.
• Solid expertise in PLC programming and diagnosing related faults.
• Confidence working at heights with appropriate safety awareness.
• Strong command of English both written and spoken for effective communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation.
• Valid driving license to commute between job sites.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and problem-solving mindset.

Benefits and Compensation

The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from SAR 3,000 to SAR 3,500, dependent on qualifications and relevant experience.
