We are seeking an experienced Fitout Site Engineer to join our team on a contractual basis in Jeddah. This role requires a professional who can accurately read and interpret construction drawings and effectively supervise on-site activities. The position is ideal for a freelancer with a strong background in fitout projects, especially in high-end retail stores, office spaces, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take charge of overseeing daily site operations, ensuring that all works align with the project specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing the fitout process, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, monitoring progress, and reporting any issues promptly to ensure timely completion of projects.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in fitout engineering with a focus on upscale retail, commercial offices, and restaurant environments.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.
• Strong site supervision skills to maintain adherence to design and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently as a freelancer under contractual terms.
