Job Overview

We are currently seeking skilled Quality Control professionals across multiple disciplines, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Low Current Systems, to join high-profile construction projects based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. These roles are critical in maintaining the highest standards of quality management for mega and high-end infrastructure developments within the KSA and GCC regions.

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will oversee and implement quality control measures throughout project phases. This includes creating and managing inspection checklists, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), reviewing technical drawings and material submissions, conducting detailed site inspections, and ensuring compliance with approved construction methodologies. Additional duties include monitoring non-conformance reports, supervising testing and commissioning activities, and producing comprehensive quality documentation such as Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs).

Required Skills and Experience

• QC Manager – Mechanical: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with over 10 years of specialized experience in structural mechanical systems for large-scale projects and at least 5 years in a managerial role within KSA or GCC.
• QC Engineer – Mechanical: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, more than 5 years of quality control site inspection experience, and at least 3 years in similar roles in the KSA/GCC market.
• QC Manager – Electrical: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, with over 10 years of experience in high-end construction projects and a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles in the region.
• QC Engineer – Electrical: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, over 5 years of quality assurance experience on prestigious projects, with at least 3 years working in KSA or GCC.
• QC Engineer – Low Current (ELV Systems): Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics/Low Current Engineering, more than 5 years of project inspection experience, and at least 3 years operating in the Gulf region.
• QC Supervisors (Mechanical, Electrical, Low Current): Technical Diploma or equivalent, with over 10 years of hands-on field experience in major infrastructure projects and at least 3 years in supervisory positions within the GCC.

Additional Requirements

Candidates must demonstrate an in-depth understanding of mechanical installations including HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting systems, electrical and Low Current system parameters, and quality management systems. Experience working on mega and high-end construction developments in the GCC or specifically KSA is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are critical to manage teams and ensure project quality standards are met effectively.
