Key Responsibilities

Candidates will be responsible for overseeing and supporting various phases of construction projects including design drafting, quality assurance and control, safety supervision, and technical office operations. This will involve managing site tasks, verifying compliance with standards, coordinating with teams, and ensuring all work meets project requirements and timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience within the specific discipline.
• Proficiency with relevant software tools including Revit (mandatory for draftsmen), AutoCAD, HAP, and other engineering design applications.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian construction codes and standards such as ASTM, ANSI, MEP codes, NFPA, and ASHRAE.
• Strong communication abilities and effective teamwork skills to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Additional Requirements

Engineers and draftsmen applying for roles related to Revit must have verified experience with this software, as it is critical to our design and documentation processes. Candidates should be familiar with the local regulatory environment and safety standards applicable to construction and MEP projects.
