Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in industrial factory settings, particularly focused on production line maintenance. This role requires a professional who can efficiently handle electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks to ensure smooth and continuous operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for regular upkeep and urgent repairs within the production environment, including:

• Maintaining and troubleshooting electrical panels, control systems, and various electrical components.
• Performing mechanical maintenance on gears, pneumatic systems, motors, and other related machinery.
• Implementing systematic troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve equipment failures.
• Adhering to safety standards, including executing Permit to Work (PTW), Lockout Tagout (LOTO), and conducting thorough risk assessments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance roles within industrial or factory production lines.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and control panels.
• Hands-on expertise with mechanical systems such as motors, pneumatic devices, and gear assemblies.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting acumen.
• Familiarity with maintenance safety protocols and compliance standards.
• Proficient in English for effective communication.
• Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience will be key criteria for shortlisting candidates.
