Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with a strong background in fit-out and retail projects to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing site activities for various interior finishing tasks across restaurants, cafés, retail stores, and commercial outlets. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in fit-out projects, demonstrating expertise in construction details, MEP coordination, and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. You will coordinate between civil, architectural, MEP, and finishing teams while adhering to project timelines and maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Your duties will also include preparing progress reports, liaising with clients, subcontractors, and consultants, and supporting the completion and handover phases of projects.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of proven experience managing fit-out and interior finishing projects, especially within the retail and hospitality sectors.
• Experience working on restaurants, cafés, retail stores, brand showrooms, and fast food chain outlets.
• Solid understanding of construction work, finishing details, and MEP coordination.
• Ability to interpret shop drawings, bills of quantities (BOQs), and technical specifications accurately.
• Competent in site management, including supervision of subcontractors, suppliers, and labor forces.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and reporting abilities.
• A valid driving license is preferred for site visits and coordination.
• Candidates should be available to join immediately or on short notice.
