We are seeking a skilled Estimator with a solid background in Civil and MEP works to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have between 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience specifically within the Saudi Arabian market, bringing valuable insight into local construction standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for civil and MEP projects. This role involves analyzing project specifications, reviewing drawings, and collaborating closely with engineering and procurement teams to ensure competitive and feasible bids.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience estimating Civil and MEP works in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of local regulations and construction practices.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and project documents effectively.
