Job Overview

A leading company in the steel industry based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is urgently seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join their team. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance and expertise in handling specialized machinery associated with steel manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for reading electrical power and control schematics, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various industrial electrical systems. This includes working with AC/DC motors, servo drives, and maintaining electrical equipment essential to steel production lines such as tube mills, slitting lines, CTL lines, press machines, overhead cranes, and other industrial utilities.

Required Skills and Experience

• Diploma in Electrical Technology or Electrical Engineering with 1–3 years duration
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in industrial electrical maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret electrical power and control drawings proficiently
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC motors and servo drives
• Experience working with tube mill slitting lines, CTL lines, press machines, overhead cranes, and industrial utilities
