Job Overview

A well-established international school in Jeddah is seeking a skilled Mathematics Teacher to instruct students from Grades 9 through 12. This role demands expertise in the American Curriculum and a strong background in preparing students for both international and Saudi standardized exams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons to high school students in line with the American and international curriculum standards.
• Prepare students for the SAT Mathematics section as well as Saudi national assessments, including GAT (Qudrat) and SAAT (Tahsili).
• Maintain a positive, disciplined classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
• Utilize lesson planning, assessment techniques, and differentiated instruction to support diverse learner needs.
• Analyze student performance data to tailor interventions and enrichment activities that enhance learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and contribute actively to departmental planning and broader school initiatives.
• Incorporate educational technology tools such as smart boards, LMS platforms, and digital resources to enhance instruction.
• Leverage AI tools for lesson creation, assessment, and resource development where applicable.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, accompanied by a relevant education qualification is preferred.
• Proven teaching experience in Saudi Arabia is essential.
• Strong command of spoken and written English to facilitate clear communication.
• In-depth knowledge of the American Curriculum and familiarity with Saudi standardized testing requirements.
• Effective classroom management and student discipline abilities to promote a productive learning environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and educational technology platforms.
• Valid Iqama required for legal work eligibility in Saudi Arabia.
