Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated female candidate to join a restaurant team in Jeddah as a full-time Cashier and Receptionist. This role involves managing cash transactions, handling customer billing efficiently, and providing friendly, professional service both at the counter and over the phone. The position also includes responsibilities related to reception management and coordination with restaurant staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing cash, credit, and digital payments, issuing receipts and refunds, and greeting customers warmly upon arrival. Maintaining an organized and tidy cashier area is essential, as well as balancing the cash register at the end of each shift. Additionally, the role involves managing the reception area and leading the reception team to provide excellent customer support within the restaurant.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Female candidates only
• Previous experience in cashier and reception management within a restaurant setting is highly preferred
• Basic math competency and familiarity with computer systems
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Honesty, punctuality, and the ability to work well within a team
• Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
