Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Sales Supervisor to join our reputable company based in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in promoting and managing sales of our products through both our own digital platform and major third-party marketplaces such as Amazon and Noon.com.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and drive e-commerce sales initiatives across multiple online platforms
  • Develop strategies to enhance product visibility and increase online sales performance
  • Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth operation and delivery
  • Monitor sales metrics and optimize listing content to maximize revenue
  • Stay updated with e-commerce trends and competitor activities within Saudi Arabia

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in e-commerce sales within the Saudi Arabian market
  • Strong knowledge of popular e-commerce platforms including Amazon and Noon.com
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively
  • Proficient in using digital tools to track and report sales data

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Any degree holder; MBA or related qualifications are preferred
  • Must possess a valid and transferable Iqama for Saudi Arabia
  • Available to join and work in Jeddah
