Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor cum Operations Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This key role requires a professional with robust local restaurant experience who can manage day-to-day operations and staff with efficiency and confidence.
This position offers a monthly salary of SAR 2700 along with provided meals, reflecting our commitment to supporting our team’s well-being.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operational flow. Duties include greeting and assisting customers professionally, accurately taking and relaying orders to the kitchen, and overseeing service quality.
Additionally, the role involves managing all aspects of restaurant operations such as staff performance, labor management, and maintaining strong communication with ownership. The candidate will handle customer interactions, gather feedback to improve service standards, and assume full responsibility for the restaurant’s success as if it were their own.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience working in local Saudi Arabian restaurants
- Strong leadership abilities with effective labor management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and either Hindi or Urdu
- Ability to lead by example with a proactive, responsible, and results-driven attitude
Additional Information
A 10-day observation period will precede final confirmation to ensure the right fit. This position is offered under a non-Kafala employment system.
